Tracy is the managing partner of Neyhart, Robertson & McConnell, P.C. She has extensive experience assisting clients in successfully dealing with a wide range of matters including domestic, criminal, and estate planning.

Tracy's divorce practice includes simple no fault proceedings to complex equitable distribution litigation. Her many years of experience in local Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts and the local Circuit Courts enable her to provide clients with valuable insight and advice during difficult and stressful domestic transitions.

Tracy also has a broad range of experience in criminal defense work. She brings knowledge, seasoned court expertise and sensible proficiency to the full gamut of misdemeanors and felonies. Her caseload has included violent robberies, sexual assaults, serious driving offenses, drug manufacturing and distribution, malicious wounding, alcohol offenses and property crimes. Tracy has a professional working relationship with the area commonwealth offices and can often work out a plea agreement beneficial to her clients. In the cases where a plea agreement is not the best option, she is well prepared to aggressively represent her clients in bench or jury trials.

Tracy has also represented many children and incapacitated adults in custody, visitation, termination and conservator proceedings. Her in-depth investigations are thorough and her reports provide invaluable assistance to the Judges making these important decisions.
